The venue is spotless, the staff is really helpful and super-friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and new-fashioned, equipped with climate control, a private safe and pay television. The location is favourable, really close to Magnolia Market and the Silos and fast food places and magnolia. The place to order lunch not very far from the hotel is Fortune Cookie Express.

The stay was primarily for attending a concert nearby, which was just a short drive away. I appreciated that the room had adequate space and a nice layout for relaxing after a long day. The proximity to attractions like the Dr Pepper Museum and Magnolia Market was super convenient. I also thought the lobby area was engaging, offering activities like pool and board games, creating a lively atmosphere. I was disappointed that the bar was closed during our visit. It would have been nice to unwind there after our events.

Engaging social spaces and excellent shower water pressure.
The room was not properly cleaned, with the mirror being particularly disappointing. On top of that, I was placed next to a loud group in the lobby area, difficult to get any rest. The thin walls allowed me to hear every noise from the neighboring rooms and the common areas, leaving me feeling frustrated throughout my stay.

I wasn't ready for this!
This hotel was great! The vibrant decor and pet-friendly perks, like a welcome bag for my dog. The engaging lobby offers games for fun downtime, while the staff were friendly and cute. While the cleanliness and modern design impressed, the thin walls caused some noise disturbances. Can't wait to return!

This hotel was supposed to be chic and modern, yet my room was disgusting, especially the mirror, really? Not only that, but i felt humiliated when other guests spent 30 minutes looking for someone to assist. The cherry on top was when they had the audacity to charge me for a second night after the disaster. I could've almost given a good review, but just couldn't.

The reasons I'm conflicted
Sweet dog-friendly details added a special touch! I adored the clean and modern amenities that enhanced my experience.
Unfortunately, the thin walls made for many noisy nights, detracting from the overall peacefulness I craved.
